All prices shown on Banner Flag web site are subject to change without notice, and the pricing on this website supersedes any printed or electronic advertising or pricing. Please Note: Banner Flag happily complies with all terms as set out in the Australian Consumer Law. All effort is put into keeping prices and information correct and up to date. Mistakes do happen, and if pricing or information is incorrect on our website, we will:
A/ Immediately withdraw the goods from sale, until we can correct the error,
and
B/ Advise you of this error, prior or after processing any payment.

WARRANTY

Banner Flag – Warranty Terms and Conditions

Our warranty is applicable to products purchased and installed in Australia only.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please note all equipment is covered by a 12 (twelve) month warranty (from Invoice date of purchase) unless specified otherwise by the company, in writing.
